These terms govern your use of the Cairo Collectors Club website and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Cairo Collectors Club ("CCC") is a collectibles retailer based in Cairo, Egypt. Contact: info@cairocollectors.com.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices for singles and graded slabs may change in line with the collectibles market. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
We try to describe and photograph items accurately, but slight variation in condition or appearance may occur. For high-value items, the photos and condition notes shown form part of the description.
Stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and payment is authorised.
We accept [PAYMENT METHODS — e.g. cards via Paymob, cash on delivery]. Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed only when the courier collects payment.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund.

4. Delivery

We deliver within [DELIVERY AREA]. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. High-value items may require signature on receipt.

5. Returns & exchanges

Sealed product may be returned within [X] days if unopened and in original condition.
For singles and graded slabs, returns are accepted only if the item materially differs from its description. Because card condition is sensitive, opened or altered items cannot be returned.

6. Authenticity

We stand behind the authenticity of the products we sell. Graded slabs are sold as encapsulated by the stated grading company ([PSA/BGS/CGC]). If an item is shown to be counterfeit, contact us and we will make it right in line with these terms and applicable law.

7. Consignment & Sell to Us

If you consign items with CCC to sell on your behalf, a separate consignment agreement governs commission, pricing, payout timing, and responsibility for loss or damage. Consigned items remain your property until sold.
If you sell items to CCC directly ("Sell to Us"), ownership transfers to CCC on agreed payment. You confirm you own the items and that they are authentic.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on the site (logos, text, images) belongs to CCC or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CCC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the Egyptian courts.
