Payment, including Cash on Delivery
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — which remains popular and trusted across Egypt. You pay the courier when your order arrives. Online card payment is coming soon.
How we pack
Collectibles are fragile and valuable, so packaging matters. Singles and slabs are protected against bending and impact; sealed product is packed to arrive in the same condition it left us. For high-value orders, we may require a signature on delivery for your protection.
Shipping costs & times
Free delivery across Cairo on orders over 5,000 EGP. Estimated delivery times are guidance, not guarantees — occasional courier delays are outside our control, but we’ll always help track down your order if needed.
